The Friis & Company studded boots

I spied these studded beauties on Sarenza and knew that I had to have them. I don't know what a certified heels addict like me is doing falling in lust with a pair of flat boots; what can I say, sometimes you can't help falling for something that just isn't your type. Isn't that always the way? I've Instagrammed them a few times already but I don't think they have really done them justice for these are a truly beautiful pair of boots. The slight sheen, the perfectly places studs highlighting the toes and heel, the shiny cowboy boot buckles; there are a lot of details which give them a nonchalant attitude and edge.



Yesterday was the first time I wore them out properly and they provoked a reaction I didn't think was possible from a pair of flats - stares, points and random conversations with strangers.
