Cosy up in knitwear

Brrrr. There's a definite chill in the air today, very unexpected considering this is August! After rummaging through my summer wardrobe for something remotely warm to wear, I settled on layering up for warmth instead. Thankfully, The Outnet were prepared and have just had a huge influx of cute and cosy knitwear pieces this week, and I'm not just talking jumpers and cardigans. There are some lovely cropped jumpers which I loved last winter, pretty pale pinks, sequin details, patterns and structured shapes to give your winter wardrobe a quirky-yet-cosy edge. My personal favourite is the lovely bottle green cape by Halston Heritage and the beautiful Cacharel cardi coat.

Surface to Air knitted tank - was £90, now £45.
Carven cropped wool sweater - was £165, now £57.75
Tory Burch divine cashmere sweater - was £290, now £116
Halston Heritage asymmetric cape - was £410, now £164
By Malene Birger sequin trim wool cardigan - was £181, now £63.35
3.1 Phillip Lim belted cardigan - was £190, now £66.50
Cacharel wool-blend cardi coat - was £485, now £145.50
RM by Roland Mouret Gali wool dress - was £1,250, now £437.50

  1. Oh these are lovely, i like the pink one and the grey ones. Can never go wrong with a bit of layering. Thankyou for your comment x

  2. I can't wait for sweater weather here in LA. We've been heating up again though.

To answer your Paul Rudd/Romeo + Juliet question from yesterday, he played Paris :)

  3. The rich look and feel of knit wear envelops you in style and this one-of-a-kind knit dress mixes textures to create a sense of easy sophistication. The Cacharel cotton blend sweater is soft but not clingy.

  4. Nice selection - I like the Moschino sweater!

This august's weather has been terrible- fingers crossed for a nice bank holiday!
