Armani Prive Spring/Summer 2011
Welcome to the future, courtesy of Mr Armani. To say this collection is at the other end of the spectrum from the old world glamour of the Fall 2010 Prive collection is a bit of an understatement, try another planet in the year 2050. Clearly inspired by all things futuristic and intergalactic, I think the collection will come as a bit of a shock to some. I'm amazed by the beautiful, molten metal fabrics, dazzled by the cutaway dresses exposing glittery embellished fabric and seriously coveting those Philip Treacy saucer hats. I can't see many red carpet dresses though.
