I *heart* Freja Beha Erichsen Tattoos
A tattoo post is no surprise for those who are following me on Twitter, recently I've had ink on the brain and asked for ideas/suggestions for my next tatt. It's not a decision to take lightly, I had my last one done almost 2 years ago and have been thinking about my next ever since! There's an awesome post on TFS about models with tattoos. It seems quite common for models to have some tatts these days. Freja has 8 (at the last count) and I pretty much love every single one of them. Still not decided on mine yet but I need to soon before I get something done on a whim!

ReplyDeleteI really like her tattoos. I personally doubt I would get them, but I love when people have ones that fit their personality.
ReplyDeleteI'm a fan of a lot of tattoos because I often find them distracting. However, I definately like Freja's They are so discrete that I might not notice them if I wasn't paying attention. As well, I'm a big fan of the inspirational quotes. I would always consider that or just something meaningful to you (I agree that tattoos on a whim often aren't a good idea). I'm considering getting a wild rose, which was my Granny's favourite flower (although I had a dream once I got a horse, which is also very important to me). Anyway, I like the direction you are thinking and sorry for the ultra-long comment!
ReplyDeleteI'd Love to have one. But not sure yet where or what. I guess I need to wait couple of year to figure out those and then a few more to get the courage (I'm deadly afraid of needles).

I love her tattoos! Very simple, I have two, one round my wrist and the other on the inside of my wrist. I want more but as you said, it's not something I take lightly.

ReplyDeleteThey're not for me. I can express anything that a tattoo could in jewelry and then at least I could take it off when I want to. The thought of anything permanent makes me feel claustrophobic.

ReplyDeleteI like that her tattoos are dainty. I do like tattoos, but think too much about the future. I have yet to get one because I am afraid of how it will look when I am 96 haha!

I love her tattoos! Subtle tattoos are my favorite. When I get one, it will definitely be similar to one of these!
ReplyDeleteThey look nice on here but about 3 are very common. ....This too sahall pass, the flirt and star. I feel like a tatoo should be original. Imagine when your like 85 at the senior home you see like 10 betty whites with stars all over or the word flirt. The ssshhh tat is the new craze now. A cool girl like you needsnsomething meaningful. ReplyDeleteI've had a tribal tattoo on my ankle in black for 13 yrs and still no regrets. I agree it's cool if it's in a subtle place and simple.
